If an individual credit union requests and executes an agreement for the bundled e-Business solution, the pricing schedule is as follows:
**This amount will be invoiced annually. **The monthly fee structure will be reviewed annually. If a participating credit union has moved into another enrollment category, based on the most recent information available from NCUA 5300 report data, the monthly license fee will be automatically adjusted to reflect that change. **Website customization will be invoiced at a rate of $75/hour
Opt-Out Provision: Opt-out provisions will be permitted in certain circumstances ( Section 2 (A) ((i)) (((b))) ), and included in the individual Credit Union agreement, in the event that a participating credit union has an existing, documented, exclusive partnership or agreement that may create a conflict for the credit union, or objects to a specific affiliate on the basis of a conflict. The opt-out fee will be established at $25/mo for anchor tenants of the e-Business portal, and $10/mo per non-anchor affiliate. In either case, any exercise of the limited opt-out provision will result in an addition to the regular invoicing cycle.
